The room had a tiny interior window, leading to noise disturbances even on the 5th floor. The facilities seem better in pictures. in reality, they feel old with noticeable humidity, and there were issues with the pillows that had an unpleasant smell, resulting in itchiness for some guests.

Annie was particularly helpful in organizing my hotel transfer and ensuring my luggage issue was resolved promptly. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore shops and attractions. However, the air conditioning had a leak after running for a while, which was a bit concerning. That said, the AC worked fine after being reset. Overall, a we enjoyed our time and found great value here.
